Will you be maining Palutena?

Most definitely. I have not played any Kid Icarus games before, but her character and gameplay looks amazing. I definitely seem to be more interested in her than the other newcomers. (This also sparked my interest in Kid Icarus games... I might consider buying Uprising in the future.)

I'm going to use her a ton - but whether or not I main her will be determined by how I think she feels. Definitely the character I'm most interested right now

Yes, unless a miracle happens and Micaiah is in. Then I'd have to dual main, and Pikachu would be #3, if not it's her as #1 and Pikachu is # 2.

If Roy is DLC or something Pikachu might not see the light of day.

Hard to say. At this point without playing her and seeing if she fits within a playstyle I can work with it would be difficult for me to call her a 'main' at this point. Regardless of whether I do so or not I simply wanted to see her in the roster one way or another.

Difficult to tell. I won't lie, before I came in here I felt that Palutena seemed a bit too much like a Zelda rip-off of sorts. However, after inspecting her moves in slow motion, I see I was wrong. Some of those tilts (if they are tilts) and specials look incredibly neat. The way they incorporated her powers into her moveset seems well done. One can only hope they do the same for poor Ganondorf this time around.

I'm glad to see her as being unique, since she was a character I was hoping we'd get after all; I'll most likely use her pretty often.

I'll definitely use her but to call even a secondary main would be stretching it, I already have 5 planned.

From the looks of the trailer, she will definitely be near the top of my most used characters for sure. Hard to say right now though.

See the only issue is, how hard will the transition be? In melee, my mains were Falco and Roy (Slow and Heavy more physical), then in brawl it was Pikachu and Game and Watch (Light and Quick) and sometimes Falco. Can I adjust the way I play to use Palutena well? I assume I will be able to, like how I can use Mr. Bottom of Tier List Phoenix Wright in UMvC3. But it's just something for me to think about. I do like having a good range and aerial game (My Pikachu in Brawl) and I think Palutena can fulfill that well, so I'm excited to get my chance to try her out.

I plan on maining her. Hopefully I'll like how she feels when I get the game. ZSS and Zelda were my mains in brawl, but in willing to make them secondary to Palutena.
