Will SSB be better on 3DS or New 3DS?

Simple question. What do you think the preferred way to play SSB on DS will be in the future?

I imagine the N3DS will be preferred due to the Cstick option. But I think the regular 3DS will be sufficiently popular as well.

If the circle pad pro is compatible with the game (apparently it is), then no, I don't think the New 3DS will be any better for the game.

Anyone with a C-Stick addiction would obviously say New 3DS.

I dunno. Some people might actually do better with 3 separate sticks.

Will definitely get a CPP for Smash though.

Obviously the N3DS. It's a stronger system which will make load times easier to manage, and it has a much easier and much more comfortable c-stick use than the circle pad pro offers. It's also slightly bigger, which is a plus or a minus depending on your circumstances.

Personally I'll just still to my regular 3DS XL, the benefits are so small that I can easily ignore them, and it won't be out over here until after the Wii U version is out which will be my go-to system anyways.

I think it'll be better on the new one just because the new one is a stronger system with better 3D. Doesn't mean I'm going to get the new one.

Never gonna find out. By the time it releases in Europe, I will already be playing the Wii U version and will keep the 3DS version for train rides and stuff.

Depends.
If you think the New Nintendo 3DS has uncomfortable controls like reaching the ZL/ZR buttons and/or the tiny C-stick and/or more, then probably just a regular Nintendo 3DS with a CPP should suffice.
But if you think the New Nintendo 3DS' controls are fine or maybe even better than the CPP's and/or like the new features it offers like the new viewing features and/or maybe something else, then probably The New Nintendo 3DS.
All depends of you're personally preference.
Personally, I think the New Nintendo 3DS would be best for me. The C-stick is easier to reach, the new viewing features are cool, and more. Of course, since the New Nintendo 3DS doesn't come to the US until early 2015, I'll have to use the 3DS with a CPP temporally, and the normal Nintendo 3DS with the CPP is still ok IMO.

New DS will be better for sure, but not 200 dollars better.

I can see tons of people using the New 3DS (They should change that name) because of the upgraded schematics and the C Stick that looks like it would be pretty comfortable to use.

However, I also see people using the 3DS XL since it has just as big of a screen as the NEW 3DS and would be relatively cheaper once the NEW 3DS hits store shelves.

Isn't the New Nintendo 3DS XL a little bigger than the regular Nintendo 3DS XL?

Lying about my country.
I can't imagine that tiny little thing being any better than the stick included in the Circle Pad Pro. The one advantage is having it built in rather than having a bulky accessory. (And that thing gives a better grip anyway.)

Also, they said that the CPU won't improve the performance on games not made for it, so that won't really change anything.

The New 3DS has a better. CPU, so that has to count for something, right?
And there will be New 3DS exclusive games, like Xenoblade Chronicles. So that reason alone might get people to upgrade their hardware. But that taken out of the equation I think most people will stick with their standard 3DS and only hit the New 3DS if they are hardcore Smash fans or competitive players.

I'm pretty sure that just about every 3DS game will be "better" on the 3DS, even if only for the more powerful hardware and better 3D. :p The standard 3DS will be just fine, though.

The newer one for sure, will be getting that since I always aim for the best consoles/handheld that Nintendo produce.

Who ever thinks that thew 3DS version wouldn't be used that much after the Wii U version comes out is seriously seeking attention.

I rarely use the C-Stick as a casualpetitive (somewhere in between the two) player so my XL is fine :p

Casualpetitive? I go by compasual.
Also, with a C-stick/ZR & ZL buttons, plus no doubt there will be a controller grip (sold seperately of course), this New Nintnedo 3DS will probably feel more like a controller, and I'm sure many will like that.

I believe that the majority of us are forgetting that the N3DS has better online in general than a normal 3DS, so playing SSB 3DS online in specifics will probably be way better on a N3DS.

Better online and more subject to acquiring future DLC, since the 3DS may not be able to support the Ice Climbers maybe the new one will!

Most people will say N3DS, bcuz der Cstick. But I'm sticking with my OG 3DS because I have a controller grip.
