Smash 3DS Will SSB be better on 3DS or New 3DS?

Obviously the N3DS. It's a stronger system which will make load times easier to manage, and it has a much easier and much more comfortable c-stick use than the circle pad pro offers. It's also slightly bigger, which is a plus or a minus depending on your circumstances.

Personally I'll just still to my regular 3DS XL, the benefits are so small that I can easily ignore them, and it won't be out over here until after the Wii U version is out which will be my go-to system anyways.

I think asking which one will be better is kind of an obtuse question. The new 3DS simply has more button options. It's not like it negatively impacts the experience in any way to balance that out. You could basically say that the N3DS is objectively a better system to play the game on.

Whether people want to upgrade or not is the real question, and you can see from most of the answers that it's probably how you should have phrased the question.

The new 3DS is better, theres no way that the normal one would be better than the new one in anyway, the added CPPXL is seriously uncomfortable to play with and doesn't feel natural what so ever, the C stick is to the right of the controller... Id rather not buy a peripheral for my 3DS.

My hands aren't small but they aren't too large but I find those things extremely uncomfortable, I'll just get the new 3DS, it suits me better anyway.

It's probably just preference because I have pretty big hands. I'm still getting a new 3dws anyway, reducing the size, a built in CPP, and xenoblade is worth.

I'd mostly want it for the better 3D-viewing, seeing as I'm always swaying slightly with my 3DS while playing [intense] games, so this way I'd be able to not constantly lose the 3D-effect.

Nintendo really need to start releasing things early and together in countries like as America, Europe and Australlia... They haven't done this in a while as well. The previous 3DS and 3DS XL was released at least a month after.

Here in Europe we got the 3DS XL the same day as Japan...
