i.e. A change of clothing, hair length, eye length and voice.

Clearly a makeover does not warrant the distinction between two genders. A transvestite male with eye contacts, hair extensions and an accent does not make him a woman. Arguably, neither with a sex change operation, but that's besides the point.

Sheik is a woman. If I recall correctly, the Sheikah were all female, si?
