OK so I imagine a lot of you watched the E3 nintendo spotlight, and the introduction of the Wii-U,a ( controller? ) ( for the wii? ) We know they did a bull**** job as far as explanation went, but what disturbed me was they were talking about games like BATTLEFIELD and TEKKEN! Nintendo fans want nintendo games, not ps3 imitations. And of course theres the Wii-u itself which, btw, DOES NOT HAVE ANY ****ING JOYSTICKS!
Sorry, had to vent that. But what i'm more curious about is everyone else's opinion not mine. So express them!

You do realize that you're complaining about stuff that we've begged for years? You know, a system not terrible for multi-platform games.

Quality maintained when going to another console should be the rule, not the exception like it was for the Wii. Yes Nintendo titles are a lot of fun and all, but be glad that we have something to look forward to in terms of games. Would you rather have a ton of kiddy shovelware titles that no core gamers want?

I thought u were pointing out that the Wii U controller has the NES button configure layout. Which is awesome.

1. I like games like tekken and battlefield. On non-nintendo systems. Just look at black ops graphics on ps3/xbox, then on wii. It makes you want to vomit.

I didn't miss the point on purpose. black ops is is more relative to current gen systems. And once they get microsoft and sony get around to theirs, the wii-u will end up looking like ****. When kinect came out, it was all over for the wii generation.

You can't be serious.....
Wii ****s all over Kinect, and the general population acknowledges whole-heartedly that Kinect was a massive failure. The Wii has outsold every other console by a large margin. "OMG but it's a bunch of 45 year old women and 10 year olds buying it!"
Yeah, it's called a business.
Sorry, but this is just blatant fanboyism and it's pretty clear that you're not actually disappointed with the WiiU or Nintendo, but trying to find any excuse to condemn a company that you don't like in the first place.

I am not biased. Nintendo has made some epic games, like melee and OoT. But that's what we like them for. Leave hardcore games to hardcore game systems.

So somehow the xbox and ps3 will be able to have multiplatform games because they come out like a year later but the wii u won't?

Except Sony and MS won't be making new systems for a few years, and tbh unless they use very recent tech relative to the time they won't really outdo it by a significant margin, which means very expensive.

You're right. Partially. Nintendo has created some challenging games. Second, nintendo always releases everything first, making an easy margin for everyone else to beat. Nintendo only dominates a year or two after a system release until Playstation copies it and screws it up, and xbox revolutionizes it.

Tbh I don't see why they don't just use the WiiMote and chuck.

It is really good, honestly it's better than dual analog by a mile. Bested by keyboard mouse practicality, but at least it holds a candle to it.

Pretty sure that's just the deal with sensitivity rather than the controller itself, man. I can't imagine being comfy playing Gears with a mouse/keyboard over an ecks bawks controller.

Yeah pretty much. Just be me and don't give a **** about anything from Mintendo not named Pikmin or Kirby. New Zelda? Feign disinterest. New Metroid? "Eh looks alright, maybe when it's cheap".
