there was a discussion about this on the Zelda boards too. apparently, people like RyokoYaksa are pulling for splitting the boards up in the backroom, just like with Zelda and Sheik. i think that the boards will be definitely be split up, i don't know how soon, but as soon as Brawl comes out and people start coming up with character-specific techniques for both Samus and Zero Suit Samus, another board will definitely need to be implemented.

If you ask me, it's better like this.
Why? Zero Suit Samus is more of a individual character than Sheik, so why does she have to share a board with Samus? If any characters were to be grouped, it should be Sheik and Zelda, not Samus and Zero Suit Samus.

You lost all credibility with this post. So I'll quote it as a further reference for ridicule.

Okay, you saw a side effect of a Final Smash that probably won't ever be in tournaments a more individual character, then the other who can transform anytime at will and stay in said form for the entire match?

We don't know if you can't choose Zero Suit Samus from the start yet. Just because you couldn't in the demo doesn't mean that's how it will be in the finished game. I'm sure Sakurai wouldn't do something so dumb like that. But, really, Squirtle, Ivysaur, and Charizard are all just as unique as Sheik, yet they are clumped together with Pokémon Trainer. What makes Sheik special?

zelda i think is also sheik, and they transform from one to another. Besides, Sheik is way more different from Zelda, and to play as zero suit, you need to get the smash ball as Samus and you cant transform back.

Wow... just wow... that's one of the dumbest things I've ever heard... so what you're saying is that you can only turn into Zero Suit Samus when you use Samus' final smash? That would be the most retarted thing sakurai could do, and also you say that she can't transform back into Samus? Zamus' final smash turns you into Samus...

Says the Zelda fanboy/girl, go to hell.

If you ask me, it's better like this.
Trust me, no it's not, it would be better if EVERY character had there own board, cause sometimes I want to talk about Samus and sometimes I want to talk about Zero Suit Samus, I don't want to LOOK for the topic in there that has Samus or Zamus on the title, plus it's gonna be hell when the game comes out and I want to talk about the DIFFERENT characters, I'm not gonna waste my **** time with it.

Since you're not smart enough to see below the surface, allow me to explain to you:

Saying that Samus and Zero Suit Samus are "more unique" than Zelda and Sheik, is just flat out wrong. Those two interwined characters both play with a great level of indepency or at least a unique enough purpose which warrants separate boards. I *agree* with a Samus/Zero Suit Samus board split, but for none of the reasons the OP stated, which scream "double standard."

As for for they were an integrated board in the first place, I did not have the say in doing that at the time.

Also, you messed with the wrong guy. Good day.
