why is everyone saying gematsu is fake

Gematsu was not fake it was just outdated okay sakuri said that Lucina was going to be a alt for Marth so that all he thought Lucian was going to be and chrom was going to be playable but sakuri didn't want to make him a clone so he thought of a new character which was robin but by this time the leaker didn't know that sakuri changed his mine so he only had to go off what he already knew and with Greninja sakuri choose all of the characters at the beginning of development so which was back in 2012 before pokemon X and Y came out so nobody even knew of gr eninja sakuri wanted a sixth gen pokemon in there so he went to the pokemon company and got sketches of what greninja would look like so the leaker saw the pokemon and did not know who it was so he just said a pokemon from X and Y but who cares at this point we got pretty much all the characters from the leak except for shulk and chorus men and they are both very likely because of the sneaky spirit being in smash run and shulk's voice actor saying he got a lot of things planned so why does it matter now that if it is fake or not we got almost every character from that list plus a few new ones so why complain that it is fake

Okay first off, the wall of text is hard to read.

Second, it took a hard hit with not only Chrom being part of Robin's final Smash, but from the statement of Shulk being the character who was going to be announced in the reveal on the 14th. We've talked this up and down and nothing has changed, and I doubt anything ever will.

I think "Pokemon from X and Y" is justified. Sakurai said when choosing Greninja that they already had a slot for a Pokemon newcomer so maybe they just listed it as "Pokemon from X and Y" IDEK

Stop right there (and catch a breath, dude. Sentences are not supposed to be that long). Sakurai didn't choose Lucina over Chrom. Chrom was considered, very briefly, before development ever began, and Sakurai chose Robin instead. Lucina was considered for alt status early on as well.

But again, neither of these were in-development changes. The roster was set before development began, and Chrom was never on it.
