im not sure if its true but i have heard that the ics are banned in texas.

ok i can understand because they have infinites, but the best
thing to do is simply:

BAN THE INFINTES NOT THE CHARACTER

Infinites are banned (in reality, only limited), not the character. Please read more carefully before jumping to conclusions.

If you have a problem, PM Xyro and debate it with him. His tournament, his rules. You don't have to like them, just respect them. And if you don't respect them, don't attend.
