Why Can't Wolf Taunt Cancel?

I've started picking up this character and this is seriously upsetting.

as far as my understanding of wolf's taunts and taunt cancelling go, Wolf *can* taunt cancel but because none of his taunts make noise at the start of it, you cant make the wolfpack.

PMBR, plz fix. Wolf is ultra mega bottom tier without taunt cancelling

He can taunt cancel his side B if it lands.
