"Why Brawl+ is Fun" Video Library


This is a library created and maintained by me, GHNeko, your resident sub-Brawler, Brawl+ player,
and Marth, Mario, and Manchu mainer.

"Why Brawl+ is Fun" is a video series that range from 20-45 seconds in playing time, showing 1 to 2 clips
of Brawl+ players like you and me playing Brawl+.

These clips are made in a sort of ad campaign format to help spread the word, and show extraordinary things that can only be done in Brawl+.

By showcasing this, "Why Brawl+ is Fun" reaches its goal by appealing to the viewer and giving them fun things to look at.

Multiple videos are made a week, and the clips used are edited by me, but made by players who want to help B+ by showcasing moments that you see in "Why Brawl+ is Fun."

As long as one of the clips appeals the a viewer, then the job is done.

Now this is where this thread comes in.

This thread's purpose is simply to archive the videos for easy access and to make it easier for people to find out about this project as all it would take is a simply copy/paste of this thread's url so that people are greeted towards a nice list of clips that take no more than a minute and a half to load and watch.

If you wish to participate in this project, contact GHNeko through your preferred method and submit a clip, but do be aware that GHNeko has the right to turn down a clip if he doesn't deem it captivating enough, if there are too many repeats of a tactic (ex. Falcon Dthrow to Knee or Sonic Uthrow to Multiple Uairs), or if there are too many clips of a single character (ex Too many Falcon clips) as "Why Brawl+ is Fun" main goal is to showcase all of Brawl, and not just a single character.

Great thread but you should probably post this in the Smash Workshop. It would get a lot more attention there.

ITs basically used everywhere to represent B+. I believe jiang made it.

Can you still get this to work with last Wii Update (4.0 I think)
And if it works can you easily swap between ''original'' Brawl and Brawl +?

Not trying to be like Melee. Not trying to be a Melee 2.0. Seriously. Stop insinuating that. It has things that started in 64 and things that started in Melee.

Unless you had homebrew prior to 4.0, you cant install homebrew on 4.0.

If you had homebrew before 4.0, then I'm sure you still can.

You boot between Brawl and Brawl+ based on what channel oyu pick. Using just the disc channel gets you Brawl, and using HBC and Gecko os gets you B+

I already have a clip for an 11th episode. I'm just lazy as hell. <3

It features Ness kicking my Marth's ***. (I am in some of these)

Ness owning a marth? That'll be a treat for Ness Mains AND Marth haters. ;D

Man, Episode 10 was awesome! (as expected lol) It just wouldn't be a true Falcon combo without the stereotypical anime clip thrown in there. :chuckle: I did have a question though, was falcon's knee hitbox enlarged in Brawl+ ?

Nooope. BUT, he can do a reverse knee now. So it might be easier to pull off.

Ill probably have 11 up by in a few hours considering I'm actually motivated to do so. That is if the official 4.0 beta isnt released in a few hours. lolololol.

i was playing this at PolyBrawl 2 days ago. this game is pretty cool. wario is sick in it.
