Who's the easiest person to beat Fox with?

I always have trouble when I fight my friend who is always fox. I'm usually Marth and still can't win. I'm good with everyone and am willing to train with anyone to beat him. Neither of us wavedash, so I'm not willing to train to do that, cuz it's not in brawl

Changing characters doesn't mean you automatically beat Fox. Marth fights pretty even with Fox + chaingrabs on FD. Or try Falco.

Anyhoo, FD = Final Destination.

And your best bet for beating Fox is Marth, anyway xD.

Yeah. So try Marth. On neutral stages, he fights even with Fox (for the most part), and on FD, he can chaingrab from 0%-edgeguarded death.

Or if you want to break away from Marth, try Falco, Puff, or someone else who ***** space animals.

pretty generic reasoning lol. what about the fox in all that? whats your definition of a technical falco or a smart marth? so a "smart" marth that cant even l cancel or do anything but who is smart would win a against this "fox"? lol i wont go on.

someone who has enough experience at the game and the match up in general will have a better chance at beating foxes at certain levels. not will beat fox. practice more.

thanks silent, i was gonna say most of that.

fox is the best character in the game for a reason. he isn't countered by any character and ***** just about anyone.

Don't buy into anything these fools are saying. If you're not wavedashing (or using other advanced techniques, for that matter), then many different characters can beat Fox. The tier list is misleading at many skill levels.

I would say Peach. Just sort of run around dodging his attacks and downsmashing with some neutral aerials.

Falco has the advantage on Fox at your level, as does Sheik and Marth. Falco can combo Fox pretty bad with utilt (up+A) -> Fsmash -> Edgeguard with drillkick spike. Sheik's needles can stop almost any attack, and if you use the dash attack and downsmash with care you can easily dispense a careless Fox. Marth's utilt (up+a) into Fsmash -> Edgeguard works well.

Learn to Stomp->Knee with Captain Falcon and Fox becomes a lot easier.
