I guess I can additionally add that Little Mac can get addictive. He's so strong on the ground he's a character worth working at to get really good with. Just watch that air time... seriously.

I want to try out Lucina, Mega Man, Pac Man, and Shulk. But I'll probably try out Kirby first, since I've mained him in previous Smash games. Though I do intend to also try out most of the veterans this time around before I decide if I still want to stick with Kirby.

Id be really down to play Captain Falcon or Falco at first just because they were my mains in the other games but I think Im one of many whos looking to switch their mains to Mega Man or Pac-Man.Really digging Mega Man's bruised banana (brown and yellow) color scheme and eager to see the alternate colors/costumes for Pac-Man since we've not seen any in a Pic of the Day.

If the demo in Japan is representative of our starting roster then I'm going to be staring at the character select screen for a solid 5 minutes before I make my choice. I expected a Melee sized starting roster with about 6-7 of those being newcomers. Instead we have a massive starting roster with almost all announced newcomers. I don't know how I will possibly pick from those. Do I start with revamped characters like Bowser and Zero Suit Samus, go for my most hyped up newcomers like Little Mac, Mega Man, or Pac-Man, or go for the characters that fit my play style best like Greninja. Decisions, decisions. But I'm expecting Little Mac or Mega Man to be my first choice as of right now, but Robin and Greninja offer some serious competition.

It's such a tough choice between an exciting newcomer or an old standby. If the Japanese demo is indicative of the starting roster, it'll be a toss up between Sonic and Greninja. If those two end up being unlockable, I'll try out the new Link.
