kirby dittos can actually be really fun if both players are aggressive.

Luigi dittos are god, best times of my life were whenever I got paired against Imnotpro for galaxy tournaments and we played luigi dittos because my weegee beat his jiggs which beat my falcon

Falcon dittos are the wooooooorst

but I kind of love them too. I've played so many falcon dittos in my life...

Falcon dittos are fun if both players realize that, to have any fun, they have to go crazy and try all kinds of bull**** combos and stuff that will never work, and edgeguard with Falcon Kick/Punch/pivotoff uair, and not just lolololol uair and then bthrow or UpB for kills.

Also, upsmash should be banned in both casual and competitive Falcon dittos.

Falcon dittos have been some of the most boring and disappointing matches for me, and they've been some of the greatest, regardless of whether I win or lose.

My rival is this guy I played once at my high school in NJ. I brought my N64 and smash to the radio station in my high school, where we would play people at the 1 hour lunch period we got. I destroyed everyone as link, and my strategy was to just grab people and throw them off the ledge and hit them with the boomerang and Fsmash, so I and everyone else was at a ****ty level of play, ie not even short hops. I found out how bad I really was the hard way when some older nerd from my chemistry class who was in the drama club challenged me, and he wiped the floor with me as fox. Like 5 stocked me, and I got maybe 30% damage on him. I stopped playing after that day, and still have images in my mind of how it went down. Four years latter in college we decided to make SSB our game of choice when smoking hookah. I made fox my main, and thanks to youtube I got to watch some high level play and learn better techniques, and so I started to get better than my friends to the point where I was beating them 1 v 3. Then I started playing online and learned again how much I sucked, and I started to play with other characters. I have improved slowly since then, with my eventual goal in mind.

My goal is to find this person and beat him. I want to be the very best, that no one every was. To catch him is my real test, to train ness is my cause. I will travel across the land, searching far and wide. For the characters to understand the power that's inside. Right now he is probably 24 or 25 years old, living in his parents basement. If he did not stop playing he would probably be really really good right now. I need to get a hold of a yearbook from my school and find this kid's name, and tell him to go to APEX.

KirbyDaBest. I introduced kdb to the smash competitive scene a few years ago. Back then we were around even. But over time, it seemed as if he was always one or two steps ahead of me, dual maining characters in the series such as kirby and falco. However currently, I'm the one moving ahead; I can't dismiss the high possibility of him passing me again, so I'm going to work my hardest to work a gap between us, as rivals should aim for! idk if anyone said this earlier because I wasn't paying attention, but I think having a rival is important because it gives you a bit more motivation to improve. If you both have the will to pass the other and work hard to meet that quota, I believe your skills will grow exponentially compared to simply playing to become the best. This is because the goal becomes a bit more personal and within your grasp. You have more to prove, and it's not something far off. Right this second as we speak, he/she could be out there somewhere learning something valuable to their playstyle/metagame. Something that may give you the upper hand. And it drives you to go practice or try to learn something new, or even refine what you already know. My rival becomes my best friend, and because of this bond we have between each other we seem to have this mutual respect and understanding of one another, y'know?

To the actual topic, probably NF since we went back and forth in games for a long time/he was my dubz partner. In terms of a better player, Jaime probably. could never take games off of him no matter how good I was that day.
