Who is the best character on wifi?

I want to main a character just so I can take advantage of other people's lag problems on wifi. The chars that I main get it tough in lag, which really aggrivates me when I lose just because I can't powershield on time, or can't combo as well.

Ike absolutely not. In lag, he can't deal with projectile spam at all. MK and Snake are still insanely good in lag. Wolf's good but the lag makes his recovery much more difficult.
