I had replays lined up to make this myself, but it would've been in crappy cellphone quality on 3DS ahaha. I hadn't thought of the tether Tarzan swings either, that's pretty neat.

Fox should able to cross under. Can't get at my 3DS right now, but I have a replay.

If you factor in customs, the following characters are also able to cross under:

Bowser: x3xx
Ganondorf: xx33
Palutena: x2xx or x3xx or xxx2
Charizard: x33x
Mega Man: xx3x

Fox can do it but the timing is very strict.

Okay guys, we tested it again: the 3ds version IS DIFFERENT from the wiiu version (yes, we have the newest patch.. on both versions)!
It is really easy on the 3ds version.

@ ~ Gheb ~ which version did you try it on? would love to see a vid or smthng

I was looking back at this to reference some of these recoveries when I noticed Greninja isn't listed as being able to cross under.

EDIT: Short/Thin Mii Gunner can also cross under, with any upB (gfy showing upB 1):

Mii Gunner really is legit, we will edit the list and make an annotation in the video

BUT greninja doesnt work on the wiiU version and im sorry, i think i forgot to mention in the startpost that the 3ds version is different! (fox and glurak for example also work on the 3ds)

Luigi can also kill ethereal immortal beings with a vaccum cleaner, has saved Mario, and is an electromancer, pyromancer and cryomancer. Oh, and he can go under FD.

G&W Can do it, I don't have any way to record it but it's possible. The way I did it is you jump of and airdodge at the edge like you did, then you bucket right away to stall. Once you're directly under the stage jump and bucket right away again to stall. After the bucket just up B and you'll make it. Took me several attempts but eventually I made it. Both buckets were released as soon as possible.
