Now, you may be asking, Where's ?
Even when he's not fully unique, he only shares 's Nair, Down-B/Special, Up-B/Special (and Neutral and Side B/Specials to an lesser extent) and his Final Smash
besides those, the rest of his moves are different from Fox's.

Based off of your idea of clones I prefer Ganondorf over Captain Falcon, Lucas over Ness, and Falco over Fox however I don't consider them clones. Takes a lot to compare them but I just prefer their speeds of gameplay AND like their characteristics better.

Based on true clones I like Dark Samus over Samus and Richter over Simon because I merely prefer their designs.
