Where would you place Jigglypuff on a tier list

I place her midtier.

She can recover basically for free, she can edgeguard well, her nair is stupid...idk

I feel she's better than people give her credit for. I usually do well with her when I use her in tourneys

I definitely think puff is viable and just lacks results. My boy ryan ( RDR7 ) is our only hope atm.

Raptor used mostly Puff at a NY local recently, with Jtails, Vinnie, Ribs etc, and placed 7/52.

So that's pretty impressive

He was actually 1 good read away from beating Ribs, actually...what a shame xD
