Is there a place i can use to locate local SSBB tournaments? I'd really love to jump into the competitive scene, it seems really exciting! is there some tourney locator i could use?

What state do you live in. Good chance there is a tournament within the next two weeks within 1 hours drive from you.

If you are MD/VA its every week.
If you are NY/NJ its every week.
If you are TX its every week
If you are FL its every week
If you are Norcal/Socal it may be 2-3 in a week
If you are OH its every week
The list goes on.
