My personal favorite is a f-tilt tipper when they are in kill %. Marth's animation makes it look so effortless but there is a satisfying amount of power to the attack.

Anyway, what's your favorite tipper to land? It doesn't have to kill or anything, just the one you find to be your favorite and why.

DB Forward 4. Perfect way to finish off the combo with power.

Shield Breaker tipper. Bonus points if it broke their shield.

Upsmash tipper. That thing kills almost equally as low as tippered fsmash but it's so satisfying.

The most rewarding for me is definitely a spaced fsmash tipper. Other fun tippers are the meteor smash with dair and DB downward 3 at the ledge.

By far the Up Smash Tipper (UST).

Fsmash tipper, shield breaker, and up tilt tippers come after in no particular order

Attacks with Marth that hits with the tip of his sword. They do more damage than the rest of the sword :D
Oh I know what they are, what I mean is I can't actually land a single tipper on purpose 'cause I suck.

Definitely fastfalling DAir, They can't run away easily. :p
First of all, welcome to Smashboards and the Marth Boards @ tatatat0 tatatat0 ! Second, while tipper Dair is awesome, make sure you don't use it much as it leaves you vulnerable if you don't hit. 28 frames of landing lag isn't fun D:

D-air is SO satisfying! Maybe the most satisfying Meter in the game imo :p Only problem is, I'm having a REALLY hard time landing it, and the long landing lag isn't helping, haha! :)

A fully charged neutral B tipper. It may be hard to land, but I killed someone at 24% with it. It felt so good.

Tipper fsmash and back hit of downsmash.
Also tipper sb....feels like marth sticks his sword in there for awhile then digs it out. Doesn't feel as clean as brawl, pretty sure it has more hitlag like a normal tipper. Has that "stickyness" feel of a tipper feels good

Totally forgot about back hit of dsmash. I get tipper upsmash more often than that one!

Up tilt tipper I jus love 2 juggle and keep throwing it out bcz it covers his body and juggles stubborn opponents. perfect offensive and defensive move
Also it has potential to kill and demolish Ops on platforms

Tipper F-smash.

Land that and you understand why Nintendo named it Dragon Slayer.

Every attack in the game has an official name from Nintendo and different official guide books. You can google it, if you are really interested. Some move names have changed over the years, but Dragon Slayer is unchanged along with some others. U-smash was Winning Thrust in SSBM days, but in the guide that's out now, it's called Justice Sword. Eh, I'll take that.

1. Running off stage and smacking the Smash Balls out of the opponent with a tipper Fair.
2. Landing a tipper Fsmash to punish those greedy attacks on shield *smh smh*
3. Reading the roll and hitting them with the backside of a tipper Dsmash. Too easy.
4. Tipper Jab. lol you newb.

Is it hard that I don't have a favorite tipper? I like em all, although the D-air I would have to take as a favorite mostly because it's much harder to meteor smash with, and it's rather very rewarding when you dunk your foes with it.

Dancing Blade upward finisher. Damn does it feel good. Hard to pull off too.

Justice Sword, Dragon Slayer, Dair, Shield Breaker and Uair are all honorable mentions.

Forward air for sure.
There is something beyond satisfying pushing your opponent across the stage with 2-3 Fairs

Vanilla Marth: probably F-smash.

Custom Marth: Definitely heavy blade up combo's last hit. It's about as powerful as Ike's F-smash XD

Ohhh tough question........I'd say that F-smash or Up air I use it a lot and is really fun seeing that low weight fellas going down at like 65% or the ones like bowser going down early cause I land a F-smash tipper near the edge of the stage haha. Although I don't see the top Marth player (at smash 4) using it a lot maybe cause of the lag of the move.......Is funnier when you are in rage lol.

Forward smash / down air / up smash, in that order. On the rare occasions I do play Marth, I don't tipper very often, so when I do I get a feeling of genuine satisfaction.

'Gota be the side smash tipper baby. Other note worthy ones for me are side tilt, 4th DB, and shield breaker.Up smash tilts are cool to see too but not many get hit by it unless they make a fatal air recovery mistake or I use under a short plat.
