What's up with the craze to have NEW Star Fox characters in SSBB?

I can't follow people's logic - why would you want even more characters from the Star Fox world in SSBB? Okay, let me put it this way. If you see that there's already two characters - I'd go for a guess and say that Wolf will be involved. No more than that. Krystal? Why? Though I can see her being in it. But a massive no-no for Peppy and Slippy. They're too fat to be in it

Maybe as Assist Trophies, in their respective ships like Corneria @ SSBM.

I hope that Falco will stay as a playable character and possibly with Wolf joining him.
Krystal is likely but Wolf proberly has a higher chance of making the game.
Maybe an assist trophy with a few others?

Why? Because Falco's chances are higher than Wolfs. Wolf can only use a move set which is similar in nature to Fox's. And for some reason that's hard to do. Most people can't come up with a Wolf moveset that doesn't take attacks that Fox already used. Now I'm not saying that it's impossible to think of a new moveset for that type of character, but if one was made up, it would go to Falco. Falco was in the last game, is more popular that Wolf, and doesn't looks like a pallet swap with an eye patch.

Krystal on the other hand fulfills the female deficit, and with the staff, can use a unique moveset.

The reason people can only make moves from Fox is because Fox uses none of the moves in the starfox games. So when people try to get creative and make a moveset original to wolf, they immediately think of fox and his moves. I don't think it would be that hard to make a moveset for wolf.

wel im not fond of wolf...but in response to what you said about similarities in moves.. that just debatable...


right now i can think about a wolf moveset based on attacks consisting of claws and grabs with his mouth... a la Yugo from blooy roar.

Him being a lttle bigger than fox....and hs fighting style slower and based on a more brute force style than the swift manner of fox.

what do you think?....we can come up with anything with anyone so movesets are not a problem.

If wolf had a blaster for his B move, I believe it would fire much differently than we've seen Fox or even Falcos.

I think he'd need one just to fit the theme, but his other moves could be out there.

As for How it could fire differently, I'd say Wolf could alternate a couple shots higher and lower than the last. "Head shot -Waist shot -Head shote - Waist shot" And it's knockback would be half of what you'd expect. Personally...

And Krystal? AS everyone says. Staff fighter = orriginal moveset.

As for wolfs A attacks... I'd expect him to be a lot more Brutal than Fox would.

Wolf isn't a melee fighter though. Since Melel, he's been shown out of his Wolfen, and he fights with weapons, same as Fox. But as I said, there's only so many ideas that you can use for that, and all of those will go to Falco first.

Honestly, I doubt that. Since Sakurai actually WANTS more villains in brawl, I think that raises his chances above Falco. Especially since clones have so little love. =(

I dream of four starfox characters in Brawl, but only expect at most 3. I feel the three to make it are Fox, Wolf, and Krystal, while (much to my chagrin) I feel Falco will get turned into an assist with the rest of the team, or be part of Fox's Final smash.
