Well, recently, while doing a PB-pace Super Mario 64 16-star speedrun, I had the run crash once, and the second run I kept missing Bowser throws for some reason. I was really salty.

Besides this, most likely when I'm beasting through a level and die because of something really simple. lol

Playing some purple coin mission with a time limit in Super Mario Galaxy (don't remember which one) and after many tries I finally managed to get all coins and then time runs out just before I could get the star. Nearly threw my Wii Remote to the wall.
