What's the Worst That Could Happen?

Now, we all love Smash Bros. here, perhaps even more then our friends and family. And, to go with that, we all want Brawl ever so much. But, what could take that need for Brawl away from you?

What, if any, single update could the Dojo have the would actually make you decide to not play Smash Bros. Brawl? And I don't mean something like "Well, I hate that Waluigi is in it, but I guess I'll just not play as him." I mean something that makes you go "This feature ruins the enjoyment of Smash Bros, **** this."

Personally, at least when thinking realistically, I can't think of a possible update I couldn't get over, but I know there's got to be something I'm not thinking of.

In reality, I like my family a bit more than video games...I'll lay the sarcasm a bit thicker next time (getting the right tone across over a forum is quite hard for me)

I get Brawl, and it wont load up on my wii. Yeah that's the worse that could happen.

The Wii won't play a brand-new game, and it can't play any games.

Nothing they announce could make me not want to buy the game, of course unless they said it was cancelled.

Also, If someone gave me 1 billion dollars, but they said I could never play brawl( Not even friends house), I would accept it.

Also, If I got caught up in all my classes, got 10 scholarships, 100's in all classes, and got into the college i want(they could do this, but say i can't play brawl(not even freinds), then I would accept this offer aswell.

but more realistically, if they said Ridley was in brawl, I wouldn't get the game.

If Sakurai stripped all characters, stages, items, AT's, and the physics engine from the game; replaced them with playing cards, and changed the name of the game to Wiitaire.

If there are only two characters that have only appeared in one game and did nothing there in the roster and one stage that consists of one platform with items that can never be turned off and appear every half second and you can only punch and jump. No moving.

If that ever happened I would laugh at tourney-goers. (No offense to them, I just would find their reactions hilarious.)

There's really nothing that would stop me from buying the game (other than, obviously, the game being delayed forever, exploding on startup, etc.)

After getting feedback from the Brawl demo, we got many comments that the controls were way to sensitive, that they were hard to get used to.

So I decided to change the way Brawl is controlled, I want this game to be playable by everyone, so I thought about this revolutionary and intuitive control mechanic.

You won't need GameCube controllers, Nunchuck attachments or even the Classic controller to play Brawl!

The only thing that you will have to do is, grab your Wii remote, hold it vertically with one hand, and shove it in your ***.

I strongly feel that this change is pushing us towards the right direction. That Brawl will be a very fun game to play with for boys and girls and I know that you will feel it too while playing.

I'll be going now, I must be heading for the pharmacy.

I'll tell you what can happen.
A meteor comes and burns in the atmosphere turning into a jagged rock that falls on a street in Japan.
The jagged rock then pops a bike messenger's tire.
This bike messenger than crashes into a fruit cart causing melons to fly everywhere.
One melon starts to role down a hill, gaining speed.
The melon rolls into the street, causing cars to swerve.
One of the cars, a Nissan Altima, crashes into a Hot Dog Stand, causing a giant inflatable rubber Hot Dog to fly through the air.
The giant Hot Dog then flies right in front of Masahiro Sakurai's new Condo, full of Ikea furniture.
Sakurai sees the hot dog, and remembers he's hungry.
As he goes to get his his car keys, he stubs his big toe on his Haparanda Couch that he got from Ikea (Designed by Erika Pekkari).
"You must Recover!" He thinks to himself, so he goes to the Drug Store, Walgreens, for Bandages.
As he's driving, the melon from the accident earlier, flies through the window, hitting him on the head, giving him amnesia.
He then believes he's Chuck Norris, and roundhouse kicks the Nintendo Executives back to the 80's where they meet there former selves and cause a paradox.

Weak gameplay, poor choice of characters, poor stages, further delays heaps of stuff. Everyone has such high expectations of this game the smallest things could leave people disapointed to some degree.

It's hard to say what would make me not buy the game that's making me wait on Rock Band. Hmm...let's see what I can come up with though.

If you had to pay to play it everytime you turned your Wii on. Ya know, Arcade style "insert 2 coins to play". That sort of deal.
