Which CPU character do you think plays the most like a competent human and why?

Pikachu and Pichu get tons of strings on me, so probably them. Wolf is nutty with input reads but idk if you'd call that a competent player, it's more like a psychic at that point

Level 9 Pikachu and Mario are pretty beastly if you want to get some good training for yourself offline. I was playing against a Level 9 Mario the other day as Ridley and he kept me on my toes. Sure, I was able to keep up with the CPU and read his moves coming, but it's crazy how much the CPU has evolved since 64 though.
