Between KOs on one of these stages, which move should you spam on:

Luigi's Mansion - The 4 pilers of the house.
Norfair - The walls to the escape pod thing
Yoshi's Island (Brawl) - The Shy Guys
Castle Siege - The two statues at the phase part of the level
Distant Planet - The pellets while they're still on the flower, The nests
Smashville - The balloon (<3)
Green Hill Zone - The middle of the level, the checkpoint markers
Yoshi's Island (Melee) - The yellow blocks
Corneria - The guns at the front of the ship
Brinstar - The two "wall-like" things connecting the bottom platform to the side platforms, the chunk of stuff keeping the bottom platform together
Mario Circuit (god forbid) - The Shy Guys on carts
Skyworld - Everything
Hanenbow - Everything

I'm thinking you start with USmash, then if you have time, continue to Jab, then Nado (only hit B once obv), then Drill Rush away or BAir to stay uair again and again to help you combo later.

After I KO someone on Luigi's Mansion, I'll B-air the bottom pillars constantly if the top floor is still intact; freshen up all my other moves.

Just spam Ftilt on **** like that. 3 separate hits, 3 moves cleared from stale moves. I use this move probably more than any other MK. Amazing attack.

Why don't you just dtilt a whole bunch somewhere on the stage? It's really fast, and it's an individual attack, so it clears decay quickly...

Or do you have to hit something with your attack to eliminate decay?

Neither of these work. You have to use DIFFERENT moves. That is why you should only ever F-Tilt once swipe, although F-Tilt is so good I would do something else first.

Edit: Edited OP to order the fastest moves that I never use otherwise.

Really? So say Fox uses his laser, only the first hit goes toward refreshing his attacks? And say you use AAA, only the first one counts? And if you start another AAA, it doesn't count still? O_O

Don't think so. Isn't the point of not wanting to spam KO moves is so they won't decay?

If I'm incorrect, someone let me know.

What? I'm not saying that's not true. You have to use different moves before your SMN refreshes. Basically, it keeps track of the past 12 different moves you did, and if you do one of those moves again, its effectiveness goes down, but it doesn't contribute to refreshing other moves. It's a que of sorts.

sigh i gotta play on more counterpick stages
Yeah, there're fun, too.

To Everyone: I am wrong! Each "A" input is counted as a single attack, and you can use the same attack again and again. Thus, I would just UAir again and again, as it helps it combo.

Yeah, I'm wrong about that, too. It's 9.

i spam upsmash, since it never seems to have much use anyways, that and dtilt, since i only use that to set up the trip grab combo.

Here's my question, is UAir the best move to use? I find it helps you juggle really well, and is better when degraded than when at full power, except when over-the-top kills are important.

Why not the jab? Hits very quickly and freshens up all other moves. What MK uses his jab for damage, let alone anything else, anyway? Also, it cancels into dsmash if you run into trouble.
Because tapping or holding "A" for his jab only counts as one attack. So you'd have to click "A," whait for MK to stop flailing, and then repeat, just to add another move to the Stale Move Negation que. The advantage of Dtilt is that it's significantly faster, and the less knockback it has the better it combos with itself and the more chances you get to dash in with a grab on a trip.

Sound logic. Dtilt it is.
