What stages would be legal if not for one feature?

I think that the stage "Wario Ware" would be a secondary stage if it weren't for the minigames.

Port Town without the cars and with grabbable ledges.
Skyloft without the hitboxes. (I like this stage as-is, but still)
Mushroom Kingdom U without the Icicles and Nabbit

A lot of the ideas here are what For Glory should've been. Hazardless versions of stages like WC > FD recolors.

It's a common misconception that FD is the most neutral stage when in reality it only favors fast, projectile-heavy characters.

Mario Kart (Wii U) without the stage spiking walls in between transformations would be legal, I think.
