Hey guys basicaly topic question. I can record with a good amountof quality but avi files are huge and take up so much space! I used arc soft mp4 recorder but i couldnt get sound(probably needs to regester i suppose). mp4 format was really good and small but i need sound lol. I can also opt for wmv if anyone knows a program for that. Thanks in advance :)

I can't think of any programs for mp4, but what if you record with the ArcSoft program and use a mic to record audio/commentary? Then combine the two in WMM or any other video editor.

I'm sure you've heard of DivX before, which is a file type similar to avi but with good compression. You could record with VirtualDub and use DivX compression (a friend of mine does this with GameBridge sometimes, it may work with Dazzle, I don't know). I've never recorded with VDub.

Bummer uploading just takes a while and I i wish i could speed up the process. I used debut video capture and it allows you to record in several formats like mp4 wmv avi etc and all of the videos were small and could upload to youtube rather fast. Doin it in mp4 allowed me to upload all videos in less than an hour at the cost of quality and i used a mike for sound.

in comparison to like this
