Well I won't say anything because I seriously don't know what to think...
You know... the Nintendo logo is waaaay to blurry for the Brawl title to be so sharp. it doesn't even make sense. And why would he take a picture of JUST the menu, i'd think he'd take a picture of in game demo.
If I had the Brawl Demo, I wouldn't spend all my time getting my camera and taking pictures uploading them. I'd at least first start playing it. It'd be probable to see a pic of the the game.

I think taking a picture of what he took was smarter, anyone could get a pick of an in-game demo of Brawl. Maybe he should took a picture with his face by the t.v.

Dec. 3rd doesn't mean anything. Sakurai doesn't owe us one thing. For all we know, we could just get a How to Play update and that will be that.
The game comes out February 10th.

Then how about you send it to our wii's then?
And putting in SSB64 upside down in your Wii unlocks the super secret Super Smash Bros Feud, the next SSB game.

Okay, platnum. We all here believe you. There is no doubt in our minds that you have the Brawl Beta Demo...sent to you by another wii owner. We 100% believe you. We are very happy for and we are glad you are able to experience this wonderful game. We don't need any proof whatsoever. Please continue to enjoy the game instead of trying to convince us stubborn smashboard members.

You know, when the Brawl demo boots up it shows the smash emblem( It's cut by to lines), then the letters appear, and during all of that, the background is dark blue with white clouds. How do I know this? During the Brawl power outage at E For All, I was able to witness them reboot the Wii's and got a glance at the mini intro.

You can't tell if it's fake, but something like this is NOT hard to shop. You can hook a PC upto a TV, and taking a screen cap of the disc channel screen, and replacing the pictures with the brawl logo is NOT hard.
