That's mine. The Alex fraser bridge. It was the longest cable-stayed bridge in the world when it opened in 1986, quite an amazing sight really.

The Downtown Kissimmee Monument of States, yeah!

Actually, I was thinking of putting up Orange World,

but I'm not sure if that counts as a monument.

Im a small town boy. That lake is like the only significant thing in my old town. That photo was taken off my uncle's old balcony. I found it cool that that picture came up when i googled it. It's a view Ive seen many times.

My city houses the Payton and Eli Manning Throwing Camp. Evidently it's a pretty big deal because Archie Manning paid for us to get new Astroturf and uniforms. The Superdome is a landmark, but it's a bit aways to be considered a hometown thing.

That doesn't make any sense, bub.

Anyways, since some genius decided to build my city on two rivers, it floods all the time. All the time.

We do have a nice district full of bars and shopping and boats and stuff called the Forks though:

The big white building in the middle of the town is an LDS temple. That's basically the heart of the town if you were to look at it at night.

Beautiful South Bend, Ind.

Landmarks here include the University of Notre Dame, the College Football Hall of Fame, the East Race (home to Summer Olympics Kayaking Qualifiers), and Trinity Evangelical Free Church (home of the MELEE-FC tournament).

Pictures to come soon.

I live in San Francisco for goodness' sake!

The lines outside this place during the times when the PSP and PS3 launched were incredible.

Major EDIT! It should also be noted that inside the Metreon is a sandwhich shop named Buckhorn's or something like that. Eat there.

Alcatraz, yeah.

This is the Olympic Stadium A.K.A 'The Big O'. Home of the rarely watched and now extinct Montreal Expos, and is now used as a tax vacuum for constant repairs.

This is Isle St Helene, home of La Ronde, Montreal's amusement park. What's interesting about this island is the fact that it was constructed man-made entirely out of the dirt dug out for our Subway system. The island itself was constructed for Expo '67.

The more you know!

Probably out eating some dirt or something.
Well I ain't in northern Wyoming so I can't say any of the cool places. However I live in a town that has the highest suicide rate PER CAPITA in the U.S. and we were on a 100 scariest places on Earth special because of all the weird history we have.

Oh and we have one of the only 3 remaining Carnegie Libraries.

The closest thing to my "hometown landmark" is the Daniel Boone Homestead, where Daniel Boone was born and spent the first few years of his life.

Picture (of the house):
It's a kind of small picture, but I don't have the time to look for something bigger. So, yeah.

I live in Huntington, New York so I guess our landmark is the high school, Harborfields. Mariah Carey (one of my teachers said she was a horrible student that was part of the "bad crowd", even I think this is true I also think she is jealous because she never did anything to be well known) went there and so did a few other people that are sorta well known. Also, parts of the film L.I.E. was filmed there. Also Freeman McNeil's son goes here and he's actually one of the best smashers in the school.

I guess you could say we have a lot of historical landmarks like a house that George Washington stayed at, but no one really cares about that.

I live in washington, dc, so I have too many landmarks to name. THe one I live closest to/see the most is the National Cathedral, but, obviously there are more famous ones than that...
