when you do a turn around from a dash with squirle, he goes into a shell and spins the other way. during the middle of the spin, he gets a lot of momentum, and it lets you do a pseudo-running up smash out of it, usually covering 90% of FD

because snake dashing gerally only works after a connected hit, and hydroplaning can be done independantly, and is initiated by an attack like SWD
