It doesn't have the sound for the game too, so it's likely they set the recording settings on whatever program to microphone. I'm guessin they're wearin headsets, and either have multiple microphone ports or they recorded themselves separately and mixed them all together.

Yes, they just used a microphone and had the program record sound from the microphone rather than the game.
