What if Super Smash Bros. was made by a different company?

the title is pretty self-explanatory, what would the roster look like if Smash had been created by a different videogame company

Rules:
-every Nintendo character would be replaced by characters from a company of your choosing
-3rd parties would be replaced by 3rd parties of your chooising though you can choose if you want to replace one of them or not
-Clones and Echoes can only be replaced with Clones and Echoes, though you don't have to include all the clones/echoes
-They have to have existed at the time

Feel like it'd probably be an inferior series had any other company made it.

I think it would have an inferior first party roster as no company really has as big of a rich library of unique characters as Nintendo does. Plus, regardless of who the director and developer is, they would never come close to satisfying the fans as well as Sakurai did. No one can top Sakurai in delivering fan service.
