What games do you want to be released to Wii U? Personally, I miss the GameCube era, and I wish games from that time would be continued. With the release of the Wii, I felt that some sequels to games almost ruined the series (Monkey Ball went downhill quickly, for example). Here are my most wanted games for Wii U, with reasons why...
Kirby Air Ride 2
Kirby Air Ride has always been one of my favorite games, from the vehicles to City Trial to the simplicity of the controls. Although it did not sell as well as expected, this game can be made so much better with the addition of online play, more modes, and more vehicles.
Another Paper Mario following TTYD playing-style
The first Paper Mario was great. The Thousand Year Door was amazing. Super Paper Mario was okay... but Sticker Star sealed the deal that the series needed to return to it's roots. Another Paper Mario with funny dialogue, unique partners, and turn-based fighting would have my buy in a heartbeat.
Another Super Monkey Ball similar to SMB and SMB2
When Super Monkey Ball was released for Wii, it initially looked promising. But the faulty controls, ability to jump, and boss fights took away what made Monkey Ball so fun. The original two Monkey Balls had unique level designs and was always fun to come back to. So fun, in fact, I beat every single level in the game.
A Sonic game featuring a Chao Garden
I don't even care if it's just a game called "Chao Garden". Chaos need to come back. Not many people may agree, but without Chaos, Sonic DX and SA2B would not have been such a success and wouldn't have kept a player's interest for so long. With new graphics and ideas, another Chao game could bring so much more to the table in the Sonic series.
Super Mario Sunshine 2
Super Mario Sunshine... one of the best titles for GameCube. I personally do not like Mario Platform games, because they usually are dull and don't have replay value once they are beaten. Mario Galaxy was a great game, but again, it was just level after level. Super Mario Sunshine had Delfino Plaza to run around in, a multitude of people to interact with, and 120 Shine Sprites to collect. I played this game for about 3 whole years, and barely got to 90 Shine Sprites.
What games do you want Nintendo to release? Do you agree with this list? With the Wii U's incredible graphics and the 3DS's portability, games that appeal to many users can benefit the systems as a whole. Post your opinion below!
