What do you guys use to upload videos?

I got a couple of videos that I want to upload, but the files are big. I was thinking about using Youtube but it says the biggest file that they can do is only 100mb, but the matches are about 300mb. Anyone have any sites that can upload videos (other than youtube)?

Jeez, 300MB? Re-encode them in DivX, or something.

Okay, I installed divx on my computer, and when i opened up the folder for the Divx codec, all thats in it is Divx EKG, the readme, the licsense, and some other stuff. I tried clicking on the EKG but i have no clue what to do on it. Help?

And if low memory then I use Youtube.
