I'm about to participate in a huge eastcoast tourney (Critical Hit 4) and I was wondering what you guys thought of my snake, need to know if he's up to par or not. Lemme know what you guys think. Quality is kind bad and I had to replace the sound with music. For names sake, the person I'm fighting in the vid isn't Duo, it was a guy at a tourney that was too lazy turn the tap jump off using his tag. xD

Fuggin Awesome. Auto cancel your Nairs more. To Auto Cancel a Nair, tap your Jump button twice in a row, then use Nair. Nice Auto Canceled Uairs.

Work on your traps at the ledge. I see no uses of Mortar at the Edge to limit his vertical options, or anything of the sort. Also, Dthrow>Everything else if he's not at KO range.

You could make brutal use of explosion traps, but as of now, your Snake is very good. Keep it up. In any case, your Snake seems up to par. Keep it up,

It's hard to judge the success of anyone in a match against someone using their main vs a character that isn't even a secondary. It was clear that he didn't have his priority sorted out, since Mario has moves that are able to break the UAIR, and can DI out of the NAIR. Furthermore, you consistently weaken your U Tilt by using it ten or so times, so by the time it actually comes time for you to kill someone, you aren't going to do it.

I'd be able to better rate you in a serious match vs someone using their main.

Wow, very nice background reasearch, onlything is.... that guy wasn't duo, duo is infact my brother, i was doin a tourney match here at N.C. on my set up, also, snake is my third, not my main. Still that was great, like "L" or some ****. : )

The trade off for a stale Utilt is a fresh Ftilt. He can still KO. Snake can KO with virtually any of his moves.

It's far easier to DI an F Tilt, than an Up Tilt.

Edit: Furthermore, with the F Tilt, you always need to worry about positioning to get the kill easier. With Up Tilt, it's just a matter of getting it.
