What do you guys think the "Notice" seciton is for?

When you visit the official site you see the Notice section at the bottom. Thus far it is the only section not being used on the site. What kind of updates do you believe would go in this section?

Do you think new trailers would go here? Also do you think there will be a annoucement about info at E3 in this section?

Oh yes. The release date also, I assume. That's something they'd want one to "notice" about the game. Basically, if it shows up in the Notices, it's probably something fairly important about the game's overall status. That's my quess.

It will be for trips. Such as E3 like Sakurai did for the SSBM one.
It might also be about Development progress and how the game was made.

My guess is that it's just if some unforseen circumstance creates the need for an update that doesn't fall under the normal categories. For example:

Notice: "Bad news guys, the game's been cancelled. A mob of angry Saumerai Goroh fans burned our studio to the ground."

yeah it is on the 11th, and the nintendo conference starts at 9:00pm (dunno which time barrier its in?), the new info/trailer might go int the notices section

I figure they'll wait and use it for the announcement of Secret Characters and/or how to unlock said characters.

No, no, no. Anything character related would go into the character category.

Besides, if they told us how to unlock the hidden characters, they would do it in the general character description. If not that, they would make a seperate post for it which would also go into the charater section.

E3 info will likely go there. It's probably it's only purpose until the game is out.

I think the section will be entirely devoted to Ridley. He's so big, the character section couldn't contain him, and they needed a whole new section in which to showcase his majesty.

That is EXACTLY what I thought..then I read your post and I was like...WOAH...

But yeah...if new downloadable content was available they could post it on the notice section...although if they had new info about downloadabl content I believe it would show up as normal updates do....then be moved to te notice section....

Refering to the people pointing out the trailers in there own spot, yes I know trailers are there, and I have watched them several times. Though do you think new trailers would just be thrown into that section or will they update the notice section with the trailer?

Can't believe none of you have noticed (get it) this.

When a new notice goes up, that one will go into the Notices section. Notices are updates that stay at the top of the page.
