How to platform cancel with grenades (Smashville used as example):

1. Hold down on control stick after jumping up toward platform (works with tap jump, no worries)
2. Let go of control stick right before pulling grenade (proper placement has Snake's ankles / shins going through the Smashville platform)
3. Press B
4. ???
5. Profit!

Seriously, do it correctly once or twice and the timing becomes piss easy. You can do this with C4 and Nikitas, too.

Didnt know about this. Mastered it in like 3 minutes. Only works on moving platforms like sv and lylat.

If you wana try something slightly harder, trying plat. canceling and throwing a nade in the other direction
