I'll help you teeman.
To get Latios, you first must fave a Breastzong in the lead of your party. Have it use the HM 'Flash' in grass somewhere. Repeat this until Latios shows up. When he does, throw a Breastzong Ball.

I was expecting the Knee of Justice to pwn, but I guess the classic Falcon Punch works all the same.
I had trouble beating Ken's Marth using my Roy. My Roy has Flare Blade, which takes two turns to charge up, then he takes a little bit of damage after attacking with it. Sure Roy had a fire STAB bonus on that move, but Marth survived, being Water type, then he used a water powered Tipper that was super effective against my Roy and pwned him. I was sure fire would beat water. Anyone had any luck defeating Ken's Marth?

Max attack G&W can OHKO max def, max HP Samus with his Smash attack while holding Choice Band.
Too bad he's really slow, Choice Scarf would be better on him but he loses a lot of power.

I have a Ness with 140 EVs in Attack, 200 EVs in Sp. Attack, and 210 EVs in Speed. He's holding the item Legendary Bat, which increases his attack by 1.5 times and may strike first sometimes. If I get lucky enough, I could OHKO Captain Falcon with a Smash attack.

give or take a few EVs. He has just enough Def EVs to withstand a Smash from Ness to set up a Sub, then Falcon PUNCH him into oblivion.

What about a PK Thunder Beta? It's a special attack that makes physical contact, but it's still counts as a special. Should be enough to pass through your SpDef. Plus I'm pretty sure the max amount of EVs you can give to a single stat is 225. That means the extra 27 in Defense has to go somewhere else.
