weird Back grab falco glitch

ok so I was playing falco and my friend was playing toon link and he did a Dair and went right next to me then I grabed him and pulled him like

I pulled him here to here

I think it is pretty weird and I don't know why it happened?

don't think so it is probably bigger than that

Maybe you grabbed him just as he landed and the air gust that the Dair creates shot you back that far?
If you have a replay that would help.

If toon link was on the left side of you and he hit the ground...it was probably because of the dair that pushed you further away. (If you're close to Toon Link when he hits the ground with dair, you slide away from him) That's what I'm thinking

TL's Dair has a windbox on either side of it. you got hit with the wind box as you grabbed him.
