DISCUSS THE STAGE BEFORE VOTING! THIS STAGE IS DIFFERENT IN BRAWL+ THAN IN VBRAWL!

Ok everyone, here's a stage vote for Wifi Waiting Room. Vote Starter, Counterpick, or Banned. Stages need a 2/3 (66%) majority to be primarily in that category. If the vote is split (such as 50% Starter 50% Counterpick) then the stage will be in the Starter/Counterpick section.

Notes about Wifi Waiting Room

-This stage was not in vBrawl
-Replaces Rumble Falls
-Has big boundaries
-Has even higher top boundaries than before
-Has a sandbag in the middle that can stop projectile camping
-The sandbag reappears in the middle if it falls off the stage
-Very dull and monotonous (in both visual and audio)

Reduce the ceiling back to default and it could be a decent starter for doubles (to replace Wario Ware for singles). But for now, CP.

With sandbag added the stage can make a run for neutral. It prevents the stage from being 'Boring Final D, without the **** edges'. If we reduce the ceiling a bit I don't see what makes this stage any less of a Starter then Final D.

Yea, unfortunately there is nothing we can do with codes now, so the high height stays.

I need to play on it more and test the actual boundaries.

I think this might be an interesting CP for the extreme ceiling and sandbag to prevent some projectile shenanigans. I feel like I would CP a Snake here.

I need to do something about the music though. It's so dull that it's all meant for waiting, not fighting. It might be the only music hack I allow at BtL2 if this stage is legal.

What I have against this essentially
-It's still practically FD
-There's a 3rd party (sandbag) in the way of things.

Well, not for this set, but seeing as the high height is due to a code itself, we can easily remove it for the next version.

I think the problem most people have with Sandbag is purely psychological. Even though Sandbag is technically an item (and "items r bad" of course), it really isn't. It's no different than the pillars on Mansion or the goop on Brinstar, except that it moves when you hit it.

The sandbag would kinda help characters that get camped right? Like hypothetically, if Ganondorf had no good CP's, WWR could be one.

It's not like the sandbag somehow prevents approaching. Unless you're playing against Ness.

If Ganon's behind he would still have to approach himself. But yes, it definitely reduces the effectiveness of camping.

I think this stage serves well as counterpick and not as a neutral.

The sandbag clearly benefits some chars more than others:

Exmaples being: Ness & ROB can get huge juggle benefits whereas Falco can get a lot of his pressure game shut down.

Shane's got a point...If possible I'd like my vote to be for counterpick instead of starter.
