Errr... it'd be a fairly weak Dolphin Slash and you'd have to have inhuman reflexes but... sure =P

I just... don't wall jump tech. I just fall and try again =P Although the bair thing looks pretty sweet. Tani does it a lot.

Well, it was just a suggestion lol. I personally do the same thing you do, normal ledgetech and sweetspot up-b. =P

I've seen Azen do the walljump ledgetech to reverse up-b hitting the opponent. Too fast too furious lol. =P
The bair one does look cool though lol.

Well i never WJ on purpose, i usually get it by habit since with other chars like Fox WJing gives them better options in general.

But a regular lejtek is much better since you can just try again and tech if you have to, unless it's ganon using u-air or something

With Fox, I just ledgetech to immediate Illusion onto the stage. I don't think I've been punished for that yet, but... yeah.

Well, the thing is, is you can get inv frames if you walljump into an illusion, making it safer.

You get invincibility frames when you tech. The instant you cancel the tech animation you lose them.

To those who didn't know, wall jump animation and tech jump animation are identical, so if you want to practice your tech jump->whatever you can practice with wall jumping.

Walljumping is flipping the control-stick to the opposite direction. Walljump-teching is pressing the L/R-button at the right moment while you hold your control-stick up.

THEORTICALLY....meaning requiring a heck of a lot of reaction/practice....would it be possible to reverse waveland/triangle jump on to the stage after walljump tech's?

A decent amount of people already do this. It's kinda hard to actually waveland back, but many do airdodge back onto the stage from a teched walljump.

And elvenarrow I don't get how you would need inhuman reaction time to upB from a walltech or a walltech jump. Plenty of people already overb firefox pretty easily. The only way this could be a problem is you don't think your gonna wall tech and do. I always assume I'm going to wall tech because I'm going to die if I don't anyway.

Well, hitting them with the Dolphin Slash from a wall tech jump means you have to do it immediately. Which takes some pretty good reflexes.

I don't think it's that useful, anyway.

actually it doesn't. basically, you go for the sweetspot, hit L/R to tech, and then you could just mash upb. if you follow that sequence, you'll either 1) sweetspot the edge 2) miss your tech and die or 3) tech and upb immediately.

That just seems like a bad idea, though, because you'll be way up in lag without a double jump, asking to be killed.
