It's about time that someone got a comprehensive list of all players in Virginia. This is not about skill level; this is just a thread for VA Smashers to identify and connect with other VA Smashers.

Who will come?
Where will we hold it?
Who's willing to host and/or organize it?
When will we hold it?

Well where is the mainstream areas people usually host at? I just moved here recently so I haven't had a chance to look out.
Trust me, if someone will post a date on where its at, people will come.
I might be able to do something as soon as I come back from leave haha. :p

I'd be happy to host, actually. I own a place in Williamsburg, an hour away from both Norfolk/Richmond and only about 2 hours from NOVA. I have enough stuff to set up both a melee and Project M TV, and plenty of room for additional setups.

EDIT: As far as dates go, I can easily take off on a Saturday to dedicate the whole day. We just need to find a good time for everyone.

I sorta recently moved from SoCal over here to Fairfax, VA about 4 months ago. Finding some fellow smashers nearby would be pretty awesome. :) I'll follow suit and toss my info here as well.

Last year, I created a social group on Facebook that encompasses players from the entire southeast region of Virginia (i.e. Hampton Roads), with the majority of us from Virginia Beach and Norfolk, and a few in Chesapeake as well. We are 65 members strong, slowly growing.

We are currently in an "off-season" as far as local tournaments go but I am in the process of fixing that. We are always accepting new members.
