It takes a real Asian to own another Asian.PC makes a surprising number of typo's for how much he corrects other people's posts.
I believe the term "grammatical error" would be more correct. And shouldn't there be a "that" between "page" and "he"? (But that's besides the point and isn't really that big of an issue.)LOL it's ironic that PC makes a grammar error on the same page he harasses someone for it![]()
He was about to fap but he decided to stop by and say helloHey Burr you stay your non smashin *** behind the monitor and not on the keyboard!
In all reality (if anyone can even see the words he wrote), "that" is actually just a filler word. The majority (and when I mean majority, I mean over 90%) of sentences which use the word "that", don't even need, and sometimes even sound BETTER, the word in the first place. And shouldn't there be a "that" between "page" and "he"? BTW, that sentence was pretty awkward to read due to some extra commas along with the dependent clause being inserted in such a strange location. The majority ... of sentences which use the word "that", don't even need, and sometimes even sound BETTER, the word in the first place.
I guess what I'll do then is take the weekend off regardless. I vouched myself to go a few weeks ago when Kenny first talked about it.Here is the info. X is driving, I'm going, Everett, Yaz, Yours truely and we are looking for someone else.
Mars wants to, but i need to check to see if it is at all possible to get the man, but yet he can get a bus down there xD. Then there is lanky. Idk. we are in a pickle.
we don't cost yet. and I'm trying to get my dads vehicle which gets better MPG than X's, but take the same group.
There is a lot going on >.<
I know. I had a hard time wording it. Sometimes when a phrase is in commas, it just adds a little trivial comment the sentence doesn't require, so the sentence should read "..don't even need the word in the first place." if the phrase is taken out, which makes the sentence sound right.BTW, that sentence was pretty awkward to read due to some extra commas along with the dependent clause being inserted in such a strange location.
Yeah, I got that; I just thought that maybe the dependent clause should have been at the end of the sentence, to make it sound more fluent.Sometimes when a phrase is in commas, it just adds a little trivial comment the sentence doesn't require, so the sentence should read "..don't even need the word in the first place." if the phrase is taken out, which makes the sentence sound right.
Where did I get cut out of all this? I've been the one trying to plan it all and to even get Utah to go in the first place. Here is the info. X is driving, I'm going, Everett, Yaz, Yours truely and we are looking for someone else.

"That" is actually not a filler word. It separates out a subclause in the sentence. The only reason leaving "that" out sounds better to you is because you hear sentences most often that way. "That" gets dropped out of sentences because native English speakers can separate the clauses effortlessly, and languages always tend to get more efficient over time. Non-native speakers can have a very difficult time understanding sentences that drop "that".In all reality (if anyone can even see the words he wrote), "that" is actually just a filler word. The majority (and when I mean majority, I mean over 90%) of sentences which use the word "that", don't even need, and sometimes even sound BETTER, the word in the first place.
For example, "I found out I have an appointment to go to" sounds better than "I found out that I have an appointment to go to".
Little rant I wanted to gripe about cause a teacher griped about it to me.
Prices
Venue fee - $5
Melee singles - $5
Melee doubles - $10 per team
Brawl singles - $10
Brawl doubles - $15 per team
So for brawl players (assuming your doing teams.)
You need to bring 25$ for brawl. I would say bring 40$ for MM's and what not.
Bring your own food for the ride down to AZ. (or can we stop and get some food along the way? Might be a nice break.) Bring like 10$ for food along the way.
20$ for food on saturday.
Gas is unknown right now.
So minimum you should bring so far is 70$ + gas money. So probably 100$ should cover you.

Edit: In the slim chance that I can get my mom's car for the weekend, would I even be able to get 8 people who want to go? I say we make a list of who all wants to go.
Ken Neth

Alright so next friday I get done with my class at 12:50. I have a class at 3, but I am skipping it so we don't have to arrive in tucson at 4 in the morning.(plus its calculus, I can teach myself the lesson.)
So, I will try to leave from the class about 15 minutes early so I can get to my dorm. Then I will have my bag ready for AZ. I am bring two pairs of clothing. One for saturday and one for sunday. We should arrive in Tucson at about 1 am. Giving us about 8 hours to sleep(if we do sleep) prior to the tournament.
Saturday we have the tournament all day. Bring about 20$ for food that day I think. Maybe a little bit more. The tourney will last til about midnight - 1 am.
We leave sunday morning at 9 am get back home at about 9 pm.
Sound good?

Every one show up at Lanky's at 3:30 AM demanding a smashfest.Talked with my boss. Work Friday, but she will try to find a replacement for me. So put me down as a maybe for now. Will know next time I work.
Also, and I know it's late notice, but I forgot my dad is out of town this weekend, so I have nothing to do. If you guys are bored, you're more than welcome to come to my place and play games tomorrow or Sunday. Hell, I'll even let you come over tonight and stay the night if you want.
If enough people want to come, I'll officially make it a smashfest.
