Alright i recently tried N/airing while coming back from the edge but instead i did an up air and i quickly grabbed the edge, and i kept doing this for a while...

could this be a useful technique, like doing a bunch of up airs while still holding onto the edge?

i have no idea if this has been discovered or even used...so go easy on me =O... and please share thoughts on why this couldn't/would work.

It's almost really hard to discover new things for a game that's been out this long.

I've done this plenty times before. The most viable thing I see for is Ganondorf-style edgeguards really. You can play around with it I guess.

It seems risky to do this near the edge repetitively. If it's a type of stall, wouldn't just ledehopping below and pseudo-sweetspotting the ledge be safer? Doing an uair can get you hit by a projectile or someone with a disjointed hitbox. I don't think I've ever done this, because if I do an uair ledgehop, its usually just once to clear a path to get back on and maybe follow through with a combo.

I prefer not to mess around near the edge and get my footing on the ground.

Ledge tricks are the best! I'm especially comfortable on the edge, except against capes >.<

I can see this move as a good way to mess around with the spacing of the edge-guarder (meteor-smash happy opponents or maybe some peaches/jigglypuffs).

Of course, this can't be abused or Falcon will end up being abused.
