Use up to 8000+ lines of codes at a time using new Gecko

I'm having a code problem as well. My Brawl hacks used to work fine, but were unused for around a month when I lost my SD card. When I finally found it, my first error was a 230-line limit. I tried fixing that through gameconfig.txt, which at least started the game without an error, but none of my codes were present. I use a Micro SD card, Gecko 1.9.3.1, and System Menu 4.3U (which has worked in the past, just to let you know). If you need any more info to help me out, just let me know.
