Yeah ok, so, if you jaywalk on a dead end road, 15 mph zone at midnight that a car hasn't driven on in 6 ours (metaphorical ganon boards), and you aren't seen but an hour later someone rats you out, you should get a jay walking ticket? Ok buddy.
