Upgrading to Xenforo 1.2 - DELAYED

EDIT (August 4th): Due to issues with the flexile skin (our default skin which is not yet adapted for Xenforo 1.2), this upgrade will be delayed at least a few weeks until a proper skin for Xenforo 1.2 can be identified. Will keep everyone posted with more updates, but since the Xenforo upgrade was just released, it will take a little bit of time for all the developers to bring their skins/add-ons etc. up to compatibility with Xenforo 1.2 and since much of Smashboards is reliant on these add-ons and especially the Flexile skin, we cannot upgrade until we know how everything will mesh together.​

Sometime in the next week we will be upgrading our forum software to the newly released Xenforo 1.2. This is the most significant upgrade to Xenforo since version 1.1 was released in November, 2011. The upgrade will bring new features for the Smashboards users, moderators, and administrators, and should improve the forum experience for everyone. Some of the features are listed here:

• User merging and bulk user management
• Post edit history and logging
• Signature permissions
• Route filters
• Template modifications and comparison utilities
• Template merging and edit history
• A new editor with drag and drop, image paste support, user tagging, and iOS/Android support
• A fully responsive design
• Support for watching a forum
• User group and staff banners
• Bulk thread management

Xenforo 1.2 is a huge step forward and it's release and installation will allow us to eventually move forward with adding new add-on and site features. However, during the transition to this upgrade, many current add-ons will likely need to be disabled until we can determine their compatibility and functionality. Additionally, the upgrade may cause the forums to go down briefly- we will attempt to perform the installation at night and will attempt to avoid Friday-Sunday morning so that users do not lose access to tournament information.

Basically...I'm researching what new skins are available that we may need to switch too.

I am fine with new changes to the skins. The old SmashRuby, Emerald, Sapphire personally were my favorites on the old smashboards before the movement under AZ.
