Upgrading from system menu 3.1 to 3.2

Since I bought my wii, I've been playing it in the basement, and it appears that the cement is keeping my wii from accessing wifi. Anyways, I want to upgrade to system menu 3.2, and I was wondering how I could do that. I don't want 4.1, so could anyone give me details?

NUS Downloader+WAD manager.

Before anyone says anything, completely legal.
EDIT. Don't do that, I can't remember if 3.2 needs IOS that 3.1 didn't need. If you can figure that out, you can use NUS downloader to get those too.

Also, install bootmii

There is an eaiser way. Just put in a Super Smash Bros. Brawl disc and it will ask for an update. This will update you to 3.2U

Also, use WIIScu to patch your IOS's to later stuff, and get Starfall

No, if you insert Brawl, and your on 3.1, it should go to a special loading screen where you need to update to continue (if you don't have update patched off, if it is, undo your preloader or such) or with MKWii. Then, it will update you to 3.2
