What characters does this work against, and at what percentages? I know you have to double jump, but I don't know who it works on.

Up throw to fair

I made a thread about this a while ago..
I started to work on the list, and got bored, I might start on it again.
The only down/up throw to f.air that i know works for a guarenteed KO is
jiggs - 85-100~ (cause I have to use this one often)

peach - 75-95~ (im not sure on that one, but im not sure.
I'll probably sit down and work on this again, cause I really wanna know myself.

You should, as I know I will never put forth the effort despite the fact I want to know.
By the way, Smashmac. If you happen to look in here. I was doing some chain grabbing with Doc and the percentages in your Doctor's Checkup visual aid are off.
