Honestly, its banned for the gayest reason! Honestly, the only reason I would CP with Luigi's Mansion is to do what got it banned...yes I'm that gay...online anyway...haven't been to a tourney in awhile so I dunno if I'd do it in tourney.

Ugh, just because a player runs the timer on the stages doesn't mean they should get banned. Plank ran the timer against Doll on battlefield in melee. Teh_Spamerer ran the timer against Vidjo on pokefloats. But they aren't banned. And it's not like it's a random, you can just ban it against the player if you know they're gonna go there. I think banning Luigis is stupid :/.

I actually wanna play at Luigi's Mansion again just so I can camp/tornado spam like Plank did. In other words, I don't wanna put effort into my wins. I still use it on AiB and camp/tornado spam and I still lose sometimes, but then again, its online so naturally I don't try as much nearly as a tourney so I try to get easy wins.
