I mean, as a squished down costume it would kinda look awkward considering there’s a taller Proto Man in his Final Smash, at least the Chroms are the same height. I could see him as an echo but in my opinion I think he’d look awkward as a costume of Mega Man.

You don't go to Death Mountain until you're an adult in the speedrun, obviously.

I fear the Young Link that has infinite bombs, arrows and a bottle more than I fear a Samus that skipped the Gravity Suit/Speed Booster/Space Jump/Power Bombs.

Cordelia's S-Support with Frederick makes it very clear that she's settling for him while most of her other S-Supports have her getting over her feelings for Chrom.

It's just a sad outcome for both of them and dammit they deserved better.

I always said that they should do Ninten as a Chrom style echo of Ness and Lucas, do Kumatora as a more of a clone character like Wolf or Dr. Mario, then do Giygas and Masked Man as 100% unique fighters.

An idea I have for free DLC would be Smash 64 alts for every character from the first game.

Kinda like the PS1 costumes in RE2 Remake.

Really doubt it due to the need to have to model low-poly hats for every cast member for Kirby's neutral special.

You could do that as well and make him quite unique, you can also go further and make the shield could work in one direction and the special just changes the direction of the shield.

I think Ninten should be a semi-clone of Ness, sorta like Lucas but with more differences; he'd use a boomerang powered with PSI for his side-special (acts different than Link's), maybe a metal bat for his side-smash, 4th-D Slip for his up-special, PK Beam for his neutral special, and maybe OffenseUp, DefenseUp or PowerShield for his down-special. Otherwise he'd play similarly to Ness and Lucas but with a different final smash because PK Starstorm doesn't exist in the first Mother.

As for other Mother characters I would personally choose Porky and Giegue before anyone else after Ninten.

I feel basically the same.

Jane’s design is pretty cool for me, and Erdrick is someone who I really hope to see in. I always wanted to see DQ in Smash.
